The Omega Forum for Social Impact (OFSI) is a corporate-led social impact foundation anchored in Omega Healthcare's CSR commitment and strengthened by philanthropic partnerships.
We work alongside underserved communities across India, partnering with grassroots organisations and investing in local leadership, especially women, to drive lasting change across health, livelihoods, and collective leadership.

To empower access to healthcare and livelihood opportunities for the underserved people in grassroots communities.
Mission
To be a healthcare partner in preventive and curative medical care at grassroots communities; to approach this via catalyst women and girls, ensuring a better life and livelihood for them; to build the capacity of grassroots NGOs through co-creation and collaboration for social development; to serve as a funding, advisory, and knowledge partner in the socio-economic and emotional upliftment of women; and to be an effective delivery partner to the Government wherever required.
